Recurring bills and income
Enter rent, subscriptions and salary once. Fince lists what is due, reminds you the day before, and books each payment with one tap.
Rent, a phone plan, streaming, a salary: some amounts come back every month. Enter them once as recurring items and Fince keeps track of every due date.
Tap the Add tab and enter this month’s payment as usual, for example 850 in Housing with the note “Rent”.
Tap Repeat and choose Monthly (or Daily, Weekly, Yearly).
Tap Save. This payment is booked now, and the next one is scheduled one period later.
On the Dashboard, an Upcoming section now lists what is due in the next 7 days. Tap See all to open the Recurring screen.
To add another item from there, tap + and fill in New Recurring: the type, Amount, Category, Account, a Note (shown as the title), how often it Repeats and the First due date. Turn on Ends if it stops on a known date. Tap Save.
You can also start from the Dashboard: while no recurring item exists yet, the Upcoming section shows Add a recurring bill, which opens the same form as the Recurring screen.
Pay, Skip, or book automatically
By default, when a due date arrives, the item waits under Upcoming with two buttons:
- Pay (Receive for income) books the transaction on its date.
- Skip moves on to the next date without booking anything, for example when a subscription was paused that month.
If you would rather not confirm each time, open the item on the Recurring screen and turn on Book automatically: each due date is then booked on its own, and you can still edit or delete those transactions afterwards.
Reminders the day before
With notifications on (Settings › Privacy › Notifications), Fince reminds you at 9:00 the day before each due date, with an Upcoming payment or Upcoming income notification. If the item was created too late for that, the reminder comes at 9:00 on the due day.
Editing, pausing and deleting
- On the Recurring screen, tap an item under Rules to change it. Changing the Next due date moves the whole schedule.
- Swipe left on an item for Pause (and later Resume) or Delete. Transactions already booked are kept.
Where recurring items show up
- The Dashboard’s Upcoming section: the next 7 days.
- The Recurring screen: the next 30 days, overdue items first.
- Left to spend per day: bills still due and income still expected this month are counted.
- The forecast: your balance projected up to 90 days ahead.
